How we help
From the day of diagnosis onwards, we offer practical, emotional and financial support to people with SMA and their families — free of charge.

Who it's for: Newly diagnosed families and anyone who needs to talk.
Genetic counselling
Understand test results, the cause and pattern of inheritance, treatment options, and carrier testing for the wider family.
Who it's for: Parents, siblings and relatives; couples planning a pregnancy.
SMA clinics
Multidisciplinary clinics where neurologists, orthopaedic and spine surgeons, pulmonologists, dieticians and physiotherapists see patients together.

Support for families who cannot afford assistive devices, surgery or hospital care.
Who it's for: Registered members who meet the eligibility criteria.
